Pelvic Floor Health Center

It’s not uncommon to find patients who have a limited understanding of their internal anatomy, and the pelvic floor is among the most mysterious areas of all. Even well informed patients may have only a cursory comprehension of the tissues, organs and other anatomical features that play a role in their bladder and bowel function. 

Our Pelvic Floor Health Center is designed to illuminate this often misunderstood area, using straightforward language, clear diagrams, practical videos and more to educate patients on key areas of their pelvic floor health and motivate them to take action now. 

It was created in conjunction with physical therapists to ensure that all the guidance we provide is evidence-based, up-to-date and consistent with standards of care.
